If the course you took does not appear on our listings, it may not yet have been reviewed by the UW School of Nursing. If you would like the School to review your statistics course, submit the following information with your application:

  • name of institution where course was taken
  • full description of the course; you may be asked to provide a copy of the syllabus

If this information is submitted separately from your application, please include your name, phone number, and e-mail address at the top of each page.
