Undergraduate Research Symposium draws a crowd

Almost 30 School of Nursing students participated in the Undergraduate Research Symposium on May 16th 2014, in a wide range of projects from how premature babies react to room temperature fluctuations to the impact of sleep and eating habits in adolescents. This was the largest number of nursing students to ever participate in the annual symposium.

The students enjoyed the opportunity to showcase their hours of hard work, while faculty members were pleased with the great work of these undergraduate students truly interested in research. Students also participated in podium presentations, and conversations with visiting researchers and faculty members about their work.
